Delete your RealBoard account and data

RealBoard is provided by Realab / Ouspix. You can request account deletion or deletion of associated data without reinstalling or signing into the app.

Send your request

1. Email ouspix.contact@gmail.com with the subject RealBoard account deletion.
2. Send from the Google email you used for RealBoard. Say whether you want your account and associated data deleted, or only specified associated data. Do not include recordings, transcripts, passwords, sign-in codes or app tokens.
3. We verify control of your account email before deleting account data. If you cannot access that email, explain this so we can discuss identity verification. We never need your Google password.

Prepare deletion request email

This opens an email composer. You must send the email to make a request. You can also copy the address into any email service. Requests are verified and handled manually; opening this page does not automatically erase data.

What is deleted

After identity verification, account deletion removes RealBoard access and associated account/invitation/session records, and removes associated voice transcripts/drafts, account-linked AI-typing processing records where retained, account-linked daily usage analytics, and other processing records from our service. Usage analytics link an internal account identifier with provider, model and mode, request/outcome counts, audio duration, AI input/output token counts, latency totals and estimated or provider-reported cost/reservation counters; they contain no audio, transcript or typed text. Without deletion, these daily analytics expire 400 days after the start of their UTC day. Verified account deletion removes the account’s analytics before that expiry. We arrange cleanup of associated processing inputs/jobs and address applicable provider deletion requests. Account-wide deletion does not delete your Google account.

We tell you the expected completion time after verification and explain delays where processing or legitimate retention prevents immediate deletion. OpenRouter/model-provider and speech-provider internal logs, backups or retention limits may prevent immediate erasure in every system; we explain relevant limits and unresolved cleanup when responding. Text already copied or inserted into another app cannot be recalled by us.

What may be retained

Minimal records needed for security, fraud prevention, accounting or legal obligations may be retained. The separate budget/accounting ledgers are retained when account-linked analytics are deleted. Current account-linked daily budget counters expire after three days. Aggregate project/monthly accounting does not contain dictated text; monthly counters expire 40 days after updates and historical aggregate test-run counters have no automatic expiry. Support correspondence is used to verify, fulfill and follow up on the request. We identify any applicable account-linked retained category, reason and duration in our response. We do not retain audio/transcripts solely to keep budget counters.

Signing out only clears the current device's access and requests revocation of that device session. Uninstalling does not request server deletion. You can separately remove local app data through Android settings.
